TikTok Star Jehane Thomas DIES Suddenly At 30, Days After Complaining About Constant Migraines-REPORTS
Jehane Thomas has been updating her followers about her physical health on social media
TikTok star Jehane Thomas died at the age of 30 after complaining of persistent migraines for several months. Previously, she had opened up about her diagnosis of Optic Neuritis on her Instagram. The news of her passing was shared by her friend Alyx Reast on a GoFundMe page created to financially support Jehane’s two young sons, Isaac and Elijah. As of March 20, the page has raised over £12,000 with over 700 donations.
The TikTok star has been updating her followers about her physical health on social media. In a post shared on March 12, Jehane revealed that she had spent six days in the hospital and was finally back home with her boys.
She even shared a selfie with them and expressed how challenging the week had been both physically and mentally.
In another post, Jehane shared that her migraines were attributed to stress for the past two years before she was diagnosed with Opitc Neuritis.
Taking to her Instagram, Thomas shared her diagnosis and revealed that a condition has caused swelling of the eye’s optic nerve, according to the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
“I was diagnosed with Optic Neuritis a few months ago after nearly 2 years of being told my migraines were stress related,” the 30-year-old revealed on March 5. “They then thought I had MS which was ruled out (for now) but now the pressure in my head literally takes me off my feet.”
“I wanna start my thank yous by saying a huge thanks to my mom and dad who are always there to help me with the boys,” the social media star wrote at the time.
“I hate being wiped off my feet with a migraine or sickness but they will always be the first ones to take the boys for a few hours and I’m so grateful to have you both.”
Jehane Thomas has a whopping 67,000 followers on TikTok, documenting many of her frequent journeys to the hospital on social media.
